  • When does my first delivery arrive?
    Your first delivery lands on your building's next scheduled delivery day after you subscribe. You'll see the exact date at checkout and again in your confirmation email.
  • What if I'm traveling or don't need a delivery?
    Skip any upcoming delivery from your account in one click. Skipped deliveries are credited automatically — you only pay for what you receive.
  • What if I don't like it?
    We refund your first order, no questions asked. If anything ever shows up damaged or wrong, message us and we'll make it right.
  • How do I change quantity or frequency mid-cycle?
    Adjust quantity per delivery or switch frequency (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks) from your subscription page. Changes apply to your next delivery — no need to cancel and re-subscribe.
